I began my alternative medicine journey many years ago, and I've found over the years that balance, relaxation and a focus on natural remedies is the key to a happy, fulfilled, and healthy life. The reiki courses that I teach are Usui Reiki Ryoho, Sacred Flames Reiki, Karuna Ki Reiki and Seichim Reiki. I also teach various spiritual and wellbeing focused workshops and courses. I’ve been practising the system of Usui Reiki for 19 years with a lineage that is recognised by the UK Reiki Federation.
After discovering the beautiful natural healing ability of Reiki as an effective tool for self healing, I felt it was important to share Reiki with others. I am also a mediumship development tutor, angel guidance coach, law of attraction tutor, personal and wellbeing coach, and dream analyst. I’ve been walking my own spiritual pathway for 21 years and teaching development for 18 years. In that time I’ve learned both the positives, as well as the pitfalls of the spiritual journey, and now aim to help others on their personal development healing pathway
